By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
These terms cover the website only. Any consulting or other services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement with each client, which takes priority over anything on this site.
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not:
We make the site available free of charge. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it at any time without notice, and we don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
The content on the site is general information about Ajentci and our services. It isn't professional, technical, legal or financial advice, and you shouldn't rely on it as such.
Descriptions of our services, approach and possible outcomes are illustrative. What we deliver for a client is set out in that client's agreement. We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we don't promise that its content is complete, accurate or current.
We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property in the site and its content, including its text, design, graphics, images, animations, code, and the Ajentci name and logo. These are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. Some images are used under licence from third parties.
You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own reference or to share within your organisation, as long as you don't change them and you credit Ajentci as the source. You must not use any part of the site for commercial purposes, or use our name, logo or branding, without our written permission.
The site links to other websites and services, such as LinkedIn and Cal.com. These links are provided for convenience only. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Sending us a message or booking a call doesn't create a contract between us or commit either of us to working together. We aim to reply to every genuine enquiry, but we aren't obliged to take on any work.
Please don't send confidential information through the site before we've agreed how it will be handled. Calls booked through our booking calendar are also subject to Cal.com's terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to that, the site is provided "as is", and we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise apply to it, as far as the law allows. We won't be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from relying on its content. In particular, we won't be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, data or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
We aren't responsible for viruses or other harmful material that may reach your device through the site or sites linked from it. Please use your own virus protection.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you use the site or contact us through it.
